1) Scope

This Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return for purchases made on our website. It covers digital content (e-books, audiobooks, licenses) and any physical products we may offer.

2) Digital products

  • Instant access. Digital items are delivered immediately after successful payment (download link/account access).

  • Right of withdrawal (EU). If you are an EU consumer, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start the download/access after giving your express consent.

  • Refunds for digital items are possible only if access was not used (no download/stream started) and you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

3) Physical products (if applicable)

  • Return window: You may request a return within 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature/characteristics of the goods.

  • Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you pay the return shipping. Use a trackable service.

4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery (or of expected delivery if undelivered).

  • Provide your order ID, photos of the packaging/product, and a short description.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification and (where applicable) a carrier claim.

5) Non-refundable items

  • Digital content after download/access has begun (with your consent).

  • Gift cards and final-sale items.

  • Custom/personalized products (unless defective).

6) How to request a refund/return

  1. Email consiistent2020@gmail.com with subject “Refund/Return – Order #[number]”.

  2. Include: order number, purchase date, item(s), reason, and for physical goods—photos if damaged.

  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (if applicable).

7) Refund method & timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank/payment provider to post the credit.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/PayPal; then contact us.

8) Exchanges

Where stock permits, we may offer a like-for-like exchange for defective/incorrect physical items; otherwise a refund will be issued.

9) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Unresolved disputes may lead to delays while payment providers investigate.

10) Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy affects rights you may have under applicable consumer law (e.g., EU/UK right of withdrawal for distance contracts, warranties for defective goods).
