Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Scope

This Policy explains how we process and deliver digital content (e-books/audiobooks/licenses) and any physical products (if offered). It applies to orders placed on our website, worldwide.

2) Order Processing Times

  • Digital orders: processed immediately after successful payment.

  • Physical orders (if applicable): ship within 1–3 business days after payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotions or high volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3) Delivery of Digital Products

  • Delivery method: instant download, account library access, and/or secure download link via email.

  • If you don’t receive access within 15 minutes of payment, check spam and then contact us at consiistent2020@gmail.com.

4) Shipping of Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Carriers: reputable couriers/postal services based on destination and service level.

  • Estimated transit times:

    • Europe: 2–7 business days

    • Rest of world: 7–21 business days
      Actual times depend on carrier routes, customs, and local conditions.

5) Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes (outside the EU or per local law) are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot control delays due to customs.

6) Tracking

  • Where available, a tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

  • Some postal services or destinations may offer limited tracking.

7) Service Disruptions & Delays

Events beyond our control (e.g., carrier disruptions, strikes, weather, natural disasters, customs backlogs) may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and expedite resolution, but such delays are not grounds for liability.

8) Address Accuracy & Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us before dispatch to request changes—once shipped, address changes are usually not possible.

9) Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we will:

  • offer reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply), or

  • provide a refund minus original shipping costs (digital products excluded).

10) Lost or Damaged Parcels

Report suspected loss or damage within 7 days of the expected delivery date (loss) or receipt (damage), with photos of the packaging/product where applicable. We will open a carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund per the claim outcome.

For eligibility, process, and timelines, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Note: for digital content, once accessed/downloaded, the right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable law.
