THE LIVING GENESIS — OCTOBER 2026

Women, Peace & Transformation: From Inner Strength to Global Change
Volume I • Issue 3 | International Monthly Magazine of Literature, Philosophy & Consciousness
Can one woman's inner transformation become the beginning of a more peaceful world?
This is the question at the heart of the October 2026 edition of THE LIVING GENESIS, an international monthly magazine published by the Foundation for Transformation of the Essence.
Under the theme “Women, Peace & Transformation: From Inner Strength to Global Change,” this issue explores the powerful connection between personal awareness, women's leadership, education, culture and the collective responsibility to build a more compassionate future.
It is an invitation to think beyond familiar boundaries, rediscover the meaning of personal freedom and recognize that lasting change begins with the choices we make every day.
GLOBAL WEEK OF ACTION — FROM AWARENESS TO ACTION
21–27 September 2026 | Peace and Climate Justice
One of the highlights of this issue is a special report dedicated to the International Peace Bureau's Global Week of Action for Peace and Climate Justice.
The initiative brought attention to the relationship between peace, education, environmental responsibility and community participation.
As part of this international movement, the Foundation for Transformation of the Essence promoted the values of peace, cooperation and civic responsibility through educational and community engagement.
The magazine presents three initiatives carried out at Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev Primary School in Razgrad, Bulgaria:
Let the World Dance — fourth-grade students expressed their vision of peace through music, dance and unity.
Active Sports Near School — a school sports celebration on 25 September 2026 promoted teamwork, health, respect and fair play.
The Dove of Kindness — 21 first-grade children created a symbolic dove with 21 feathers, each representing a message of kindness, hope and peace.
These activities demonstrate how children can participate in building a culture of peace through creativity, movement and shared responsibility.
Peace is more than an international aspiration. It is a practice that begins in our communities.
WOMEN, PEACE & GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
The October issue places women at the center of the conversation about peace, human dignity and social transformation.
In “Women, Peace & Global Leadership,” we explore the importance of women's participation in education, public life, international cooperation and decision-making.
The discussion extends from community initiatives to global institutions, including the role of women's voices in international processes such as the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
Another feature, “Women as Architects of Peace,” considers how empathy, resilience, education and moral courage contribute to stronger communities.
These articles raise an essential question:
How can societies become more peaceful if women's perspectives remain underrepresented in the decisions shaping our future?
The issue argues for meaningful participation, equal opportunities and leadership grounded in human dignity.
ART AS A BRIDGE FOR PEACE
Can music, literature and visual art help people understand one another beyond cultural and political differences?
Our feature “Art as a Bridge for Peace” explores culture as a space for dialogue, shared experience and human connection.
From music that brings different communities together to visual art that challenges stereotypes, creative expression can open conversations where ordinary communication sometimes fails.
Art cannot resolve every conflict. But it can preserve memory, encourage empathy and help us recognize the humanity of others.
In a divided world, culture remains one of the languages we can share.
THE COURAGE TO CHOOSE YOURSELF
Peace is not only a question of relationships between nations. It also concerns the relationship we have with ourselves.
In “The Invisible Strength of Women” and “The Courage to Choose Yourself,” the magazine explores emotional resilience, personal boundaries, self-respect and the freedom to make authentic choices.
Why do so many people postpone their happiness?
Why do women sometimes feel responsible for meeting everyone's expectations while neglecting their own needs?
And what happens when we finally find the courage to say no?
These reflections are followed by “Why We Keep Postponing Our Lives,” an examination of the fears, habits and expectations that prevent us from living more fully.
The central message is simple:
Your life does not begin when every circumstance becomes perfect. It is already happening.
FOUR NEW BOOKS BY MELINA OREA — FOUR PATHS TO PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
A special literary section introduces four English-language books by author and philosopher Melina Orea, exploring emotional strength, conscious living, personal freedom and the search for meaning.
1. THE WOMAN WHO LIVES WITH PURPOSE
30 Days of Transformation
A journey toward greater self-awareness, emotional strength and meaningful action.
The book invites readers to transform emotions into strength, love into action and everyday choices into a life guided by purpose.
2. DON'T PUT OFF LIVING — BOOK ONE
Time • Choice • Courage
A reflection on the preciousness of time and the courage required to stop postponing the life we want.
It challenges readers to reconsider their priorities, recognize the habits that hold them back and begin making conscious choices today.
3. LIVE YOUR LIFE — BOOK TWO
Presence • Life
An invitation to rediscover the beauty of the present moment.
Through reflections and practical exercises, the book explores awareness, gratitude, balance and the ability to experience life instead of merely planning it.
4. THE WORLD'S MOST ANCIENT SECRET
Faith • Hope • Love • Wisdom
A philosophical journey into four enduring forces that help human beings find meaning.
The book explores how faith, hope, love and wisdom can guide our decisions, deepen our relationships and shape a more conscious life.
Together, these four works invite readers to move from reflection to action and from personal discovery to meaningful transformation.
Four books. Four journeys. One invitation: live with greater awareness, courage, love and purpose.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF TRANSFORMATION — FROM INNER CHANGE TO A NEW HUMANITY
Beyond the literary features, the October issue examines a broader philosophical idea: the relationship between individual transformation and collective progress.
In “From Inner Change to a New Humanity,” we explore four interconnected principles:
Self-Knowledge. Compassion. Responsibility. Unity.
Self-knowledge helps us understand our motivations and choices.
Compassion allows us to recognize the experiences and needs of others.
Responsibility transforms values into meaningful action.
Unity reminds us that individual lives are connected through communities, institutions and shared challenges.
Personal growth becomes socially meaningful when it influences how we treat others, how we participate in our communities and how we respond to injustice.
THE BIG QUESTION — CAN THERE BE PEACE WITHOUT INNER PEACE?
One of the central philosophical reflections of this edition considers the relationship between personal consciousness and global peace.
Inner peace may encourage empathy, self-control and responsible decision-making. Yet a peaceful society also requires justice, human rights, accountable institutions and the protection of human dignity.
The challenge is therefore both personal and collective.
How can we cultivate inner awareness while also confronting the structures and inequalities that prevent peace?
The October issue invites readers to consider this question without reducing peace to a single answer.
THE FUTURE WE CHOOSE
The magazine closes with a reflection on the world we are creating through our daily choices.
Education, cultural dialogue, women's participation, environmental responsibility and conscious leadership are interconnected parts of a larger human challenge.
A better future requires more than hope. It requires the willingness to translate our values into action.
The future is shaped not only by those who hold positions of power, but also by educators, parents, writers, artists, young people and citizens who choose to make a difference.
The future we choose begins with the responsibility we accept today.
